The Boat
The Tica Rica is a 31′ Bertram that is designed to easily catch Snapper, Kingfish, Shark, Dorado, Ling, Wahoo, and other Gulf of Mexico species. The species being caught are seasonal and there are Federal seasons for certain species as well. This is the perfect boat for a guy’s trip, family outing or a corporate team building trip. For many years the Tica Rica has been a successful charter boat in Texas. The boat is equipped with high quality electronics and top of the line conventional tackle.

Conveniently located at Deep Sea Headquarters in beautiful Port Aransas, we are in the heart of one Texas’s top tourist destinations. Our waters offer some of the best offshore fishing in Texas. Whether you are a first timer or an experienced angler, we are the boat for you. Aboard our boat you will find comfort, hospitality and excitement as you venture into the Gulf of Mexico.
The Rates
5-Hour: $1,000 up to 4 passengers
8-Hour: $1,400 up to 4 passengers
12-Hour: $1,800 up to 4 passengers
Rod, reel, bait and tackle are included in your fishing trip. We recommend that you bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera. You will need to furnish your own food, snacks, and drinks (no glass containers). When you check in at the marina store you can purchase ice, sundries, and a fishing license if you do not have one.
